Bedroom pillows, sheets, comforters, futon covers and linen purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, unused and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 30 days after delivery. (An increase in price requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers similar size mattress.) Note you have to pay the additional shipping fees from your location back warehouse. The mattress must be free from debris and stains.
All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision.
Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
